Market Outlook He expected this year to have a lot of volatility just like last year. US-China trade talks, Brexit, North Korea and Mexico have created that this year. He was fully invested going into the year. He has taken a lot of profit and has built up his cash position -- up to 55%. Anything goes this summer, he thinks. You will probably see a couple of times where corrections could be close to 10%. You need an active manager to keep you nimble.

He likes BABA-N for the cloud and e-commerce business they are developing. He would wait until the G20 decides what will happen next. Another Amazon? He does not own it, nor participate in the IPO. It has influenced the IPO market and it is a disrupter. It is like Amazon as a disruptive force in the market, involving big data. However, he thinks it is lacking a financial model that will provide a long runway. The company has not defined when the business will actually become profitable.

Possible summer pullback? Absolutely, you may be able to buy it back cheaper this summer -- around $120. If you plan to take profit, don't sell all of it -- only a portion. It gives you some flexibility. This stock has to be a core holding in any tech portfolio. It is so consistent.
