Latest Stock Buy or Sell? Make More Informed Decisions!

Today, Norman Levine commented about whether PEIX, MSI, TECK.B.TO, TLM.TO, SLF.TO, ATY.TO, N.TO, G.TO, BHP, AAPL, TRP.TO, SU.TO, GPC, COS.TO, WYE, JNJ, MRK, PFE, TEVA, CP.TO, PJC.A.TO are stocks to buy or sell.

BUY
An interest sensitive stock because of their dividend yield and they work on a rate of return basis on many other pipelines. Now that interest rates look like they are flattening out, it should do well.
HOLD
NASDAQ in general and tech stocks in particular are looking quite dangerous here. This one has been an exception and they have a number of things going their way. Further upside, but will be quite limited.
TOP PICK
Government of Canada 10-Year Bonds. Interest rates have peaked and are probably going to weaken, especially as the economy itself has peaked and will weaken. These yield about 4.4%. Gives good diversification in your portfolio. As interest rates come off, you will make a capital gain as well.
WEAK BUY
Acquired an Australian uranium company. This should help their bottom line. This is a very diversified company into all kinds of other metals and we have seen the best in the metal markets. Don't be overweight on this one.
HOLD
One of the highest quality gold stocks. There has been a big run-up in gold and we are going into a bit of a doldrums here where gold may not do anything for a little while.
SELL
If you own, consider selling. Not sure how much more upside there could be and the share component of the bidding could make you vulnerable.
SELL
Advanced Micro Devices (AMD-N) is acquiring this company. If you own, you are getting cash and stocks and he would sell.
WEAK BUY
Prefers Manulife (MFC-T) with its superior management, better growth opportunities. But this one is fine.
BUY
His favourite oil producer. Good operations. Sells at a lower multiple than its peers.
BUY
Good management. Well diversified. If they are successful in their bid for Inco (N-T) they will have to include shares which will depress the share price. If they don't win, the stock could go up. Would buy because it's a great company to own.
BUY
Doing some very good things right now. Used to own the cell phone market. Lost it but has been coming back very strongly and is gaining market share. Likes what they are doing.
DON'T BUY
His attitude on any ethanol stocks is “run for the hills”. The stocks went up on huge hype. Ethanol is not going to be the saviour that everyone thinks it is. It is too subsidised. Not economically viable.
