Debt load is very high. Have it on the watch list. Still scary to some degree. Very tied into the government which bodes well for the future, but they still have a lot of housekeeping to do. If it starts to move upwards and gain some traction, it will move very quickly because it is such a NAME company.

Things are getting better after a couple of tough years. The travel industry is recovering. The real upside here is from the business jets. Could get to $4.50, maybe $5.

Not a favourite. Had a good run up. Seems to have sorted out some of their problems. There are still some huge uncertainties regarding the airplane part of their business. Getting contracts in the rails which is low margin. Will be dead money for awhile.

Not an industry he would be comfortable with. Hard to justify on fundamentals. Multiple is too high.

Management are making some good changes. Longer term, the outlook for regional jets should be good. If it got up to $5/6 he would look at lightening up.

Considers this to be in a low risk sector, industrials which is only 6 months into the ups. Thinks we are in the early stages of an aerospace boom which will probably benefit this company.

Has a lot of challenges ahead. Have some good brand names and a solid base in the transportation system, but they have to get the profitability up. Seem to be doing well in business jets turbo props, but are really struggling on the regional jets. Have to get their 100 seater built in order to compete.

Bought as a speculation a few months ago, based on a bottoming of the market in general. A great believer in the expansion of the right companies in the aviation business. They are landing contracts and it's getting better.

Remains concerned about this company. Their strength is in their CRJ50 which is not where the demand is. Demand is in the 70 to 90 seat regional planes. Their balance sheet has continued to do vendor financing and have taken it above their stated limit of $1 billion to about $1.5. Continue to hold $2.5 billion in residual value guarantees.

DON'T BUY

Investors have a tendency to go back to past darlings, but he prefers to focus on new winners and companies that are doing well right now. This one is not doing well right now. It is still suffering and still trying to deal with major issues. Some issues are improving in the short term. Competition in transportation will increase.
