DON'T BUY

Their big problem is the airline industry which is in very serious trouble on a global basis. Strong competition from Enbrior. Also has a little concern about the balance sheet.

HOLD

From a value perspective, it is attractive. The issue is really what is happening to their customers. Will take time.

DON'T BUY

A speculation. Too much can go wrong. Likes their contracts with the Belgian National.

TRADE

Has lots of problems and lots of opportunities. A complex situation with lots of moving parts. Their turbo prop and business jet models have picked up, but their regional jets are falling off. Just got a major rail contract. Have a big hole to dig out of

Not that profitable businesses. The rail side hasn't been profitable. Not confident in a turn around.

Facing a huge change in the aviation business. Their capital is very hard to analyze.

WAIT

Interesting. Definitely a contrarian pick. Have to be careful of trying to catch a falling knife. Good management, but a big boat to turn around. A lot of debt and a lot of writedown.

HOLD

With what is happening to some of the US airlines and the magnitude potential of losses of production in regional jets in '05/'06, it is speculation.

DON'T BUY

A pretty high risk sort of investment. The next year and a half is going to tell the tale.

BUY

Have a large debt load, but are still rated investment grade. This is under review. Could possibly do another equity issue. Not a bad play at this price, but not a long term hold. Treat as a trading stock.

DON'T BUY

Not a fan of aerospace stocks. Tangible book value is negative while the actual book value is about $1. Haven't made any money.

Will continue to have a very tough time. Their customers continue to be in very poor financial shape.
