Got out of this when they were misstating their acreage a decade ago. He questions if they are misstating something small, there could be other larger things as will. If you are in this, be very nimble.

Feels there is a bit of a short squeeze going on. A lot of companies that own the stock were not allowing it to be borrowed for shorting. There are 2 Boston based hedge funds that are each in for 10% of the shares. Right now it is a black hole. You just don't know. You are really throwing the dice and taking a risk.

Still a lot of anxiety about this company as to whether they have misstated their earnings or assets. A couple of analysts have dropped coverage on this one. Market hates uncertainty. Still have $1.2 billion in cash. Probably best to stay away from this story.

For years, the auditors have been saying the balance sheet is fine. If there is any validity to their balanced sheet and their current cash position, the upside could be quite exciting. Will be a gamble whichever way you go.

Has never held it. Problem is now that he doesn’t know day to day if they have all that timberland. Do they own it or rent it. It is like going to the casino. He would do a put and a call either side. It wont be at this price a month from now. It could go either way.

This one depends on whether you are an investor or a trader. In the short term, you can pick up a few bucks, especially now that it's below $5. He wouldn't touch this one. Doesn't think the story is over.
