An impossible call. You’ve had a changing of hands of the holders. Sensitivity to muddy waters. There have been lots of accidents with China stocks. Hasn’t a clue where it is going.

DON'T BUY

Feels there is a bit of a short squeeze going on. A lot of companies that own the stock were not allowing it to be borrowed for shorting. There are 2 Boston based hedge funds that are each in for 10% of the shares. Right now it is a black hole. You just don't know. You are really throwing the dice and taking a risk.

COMMENT

Got out of this when they were misstating their acreage a decade ago. He questions if they are misstating something small, there could be other larger things as will. If you are in this, be very nimble.

DON'T BUY

He was short this as the disclosure issues really bothered him, and they still do. Stay away.

This is currently just a gamble and not investing. They never had a long track record of dividends. Business model was not easy to understand.

Doesn't know this one in depth but is aware of the scandals. In this environment there are enough risks that you should stay away from the speculative stocks.

Very hard to know the fundamentals. He would use an options travel on this one because it will be completely volatile.

This is literally a minefield. On an announcement, it can go down or up 20%. There is no form of technical analysis that can be applied to it. There is a tremendous amount of volume at the bottom with some recovery. This is really a gamble.

Sold his positions at about $4.50. Trading has just been suspended by the OSC because of a lack of transparency. Have a lot of cash on the books but also a significant amount of debt.

Sino-Forest Corp.: Would not bank on seeing money from the investment. There is a lot of debt sitting on top of you. You might get pennies on the dollar.
