Now at a point where existing management is comitted to the trust structure. Have about 5.5 million acres of undeveloped land. Expects some decent perfomance out of this company.

A fairly complicated situation that has just recently turned itself into a trust. Has some good projects in front of it with the best one being the CO2 pipeline in Alberta. A very exciting play that will take about $1 billion in investment. Shorter term they will have a real challenge of maximizing its assets. Have traditionally under utilized its assets.

Dollar for dollar, with the exception of the Canadian Oil Sands Trust (COS.UN-T), feels there's much better value in the corporations than in the income trusts.

Has had a terrific ride. A good company. Doesn't know what their distribution as a % of earnings is going to be, nor how quickly their reserves are going to deplete, so there's not a lot of track record to go on. Not a bad one.

Very large, well diversified royalty trusts that will be in demand going forward. What may be holding back the units at this time, people will have to become more comfortable as to how it will operate as an income trust.
