Very definitely in a downward trend. However, in the last 3 weeks, it has been the best performing stock on the TSX60. Up 35% in 3 weeks. If you own, continue to hold until the end of May.

At this level it’s not a bargain, it’s more going down the drain. Cisco is much better at these levels. Nortel has problems increasing margins. Management having problems.

The stock is tending to go back to the price that it had before its reverse split. She is concerned about the competition in this space. Also consumer demand is expected to be lower. She is still not convinced on the accounting side. If you like this space, you would be better off in Cisco (CSCO-Q).
