Iron ore prices are firming up but the problem with this company longer-term is that they have to raise billions of dollars. At the current price, that's a lot of dilution. Because it is so far north there are a lot of technological issues including building an icebreaker that has never been built before.

Company that is great for a raging bull market. High grade huge deposit but so far up north that it becomes a problem. We are not in a raging bull so would not want to be in it.

Iron ore resource on Baffin Island. This is a play on the global material cycle. Benefited last year because of the scarcity of the resource. Good management and the mine will get built. Good “long term” investment but can’t see a snap back immediately. Could be a takeover target.

Have a great iron or deposit in the far north with an infrastructure around the facility so that ore can be shipped out. The problem is that currently the iron ore market is well supplied. A company like this has to bite through the next couple of years until they get their project into production with higher demand. (See Top Picks.)

Unbelievable iron or deposit in the Arctic. Growing around the world. The problem is, it needs money. Probably a 5 to 10 year call. He wouldn't want to step in and be a hero by buying it today.

Likes iron ore. A really interesting stock in that it is very consistent with ups and downs. Very cyclical nature to it. Based on its history, it is set for another spike. Has a lot of trading at its support level where it is now. $4.05 is its first resistant point and then $4.50 it will hit more resistance. Approximately $2.90 you should exit.

Iron ore is a very hot commodity. This company has an enormous world-class resource in Nunavut. Looking for a plan to develop this property. Have raised $198 million. Should see some feasibility results in the next quarter. Have a challenge to build a 145 km rail line over 200 segments of water as well as permafrost. Interesting.

BUY

Bought it for its growth potential. Have just raised capital, which takes risk out of the name. There are not a lot of high grades around the world that are comparable. Hold for 3-5 years. A great play on iron.

Have an interesting project. Looks very good going forward.
