Generally, the oil/gas sector presents a good opportunity. Most investors are discounting presuming the high prices will moderate. A very mature, stable company and low risk.

Likes oil companies as fundamentals are very good. The problem is 20% of their mix is downstream where most integrateds is 35%. Not much upside.

Would love to see the federal government get rid of its position in this stock. Relative to the other integrated oils, this is a screaming bargain. Selling at about half its book value.

PE is about 10 X. All of the oil stocks look cheap, even if you assume $30 a barrel. 1% dividend.
