Not a good buying opportunity at this level or anywhere near this level. The company is still in disarray with the recent management changes. The business they're in is highly competitive. Not as leading edge as they had been and they're losing market share.

Has been delisted on the TSX but is still trading in the US. In bankruptcy proceedings shareholders usually end up with nothing.

Has about $4 per share in cash. They are thinking of selling an asset that would raise about another $1 billion, which would add another $2 per share in cash. However, the overall quality of the balance sheet is as bad as he has ever seen it. Speculative.

The breakdown at the $6.90 level was pretty significant. At this price, it is more of a day-trader situation. Very high risk.
