The actual sales progress seems to be quite good. Numbers are coming out next week so you will be able to put an effective valuation on the stock. Essentially, if you buy below $5 and sell over $7 you'll probably make money in 3 years.

Has been delisted on the TSX but is still trading in the US. In bankruptcy proceedings shareholders usually end up with nothing.

DON'T BUY

You can do a lot better in any other communications equipment provider in the world. They are struggling.

Doesn't see any reason to buy a stock that is approaching chapter 11. This is like going to the casino. Pure speculation.

Have huge pension and business problems. They were having problems when the economy was booming.

Has about $4 per share in cash. They are thinking of selling an asset that would raise about another $1 billion, which would add another $2 per share in cash. However, the overall quality of the balance sheet is as bad as he has ever seen it. Speculative.

DON'T BUY

The breakdown at the $6.90 level was pretty significant. At this price, it is more of a day-trader situation. Very high risk.
