It's one of the five biggest spenders in capex on data centres. If was the only to say it would trim spending. It had the best report of the three megacaps that reported this week, beating revenues and earnings while Google and Amazon missed both. Azure grew 48% and cash flow was positive. He wouldn't but today, but neither would he sell. So much of investing is buying at the right price, and then letting things work. Valuation's a bit rich. Look to add on a pullback. This company is up against some headwinds. Primarily anchored in PCs and had trouble because of the size of their operation and how reliant they are on the PC market to really have a meaningful opportunity in other areas. They have become quite a cash cow. The market is telling him that they are not very confident that the growth rate, that this company used to be able to deliver, is going to happen in the future. They are not growing the way they were and they don’t have the opportunity.
