CONNACHER OIL AND GAS LIMITED (CLC.TO)

COMMENT
Likes the oil/gas space. There were lows in July, October and January. Not a great technical structure, but it does have support. If it goes below the lows of $3, Sell.
BUY
Impressed by what the management team has accomplished. Have a great asset in shares of Petrolifera (PDP-T) as well as a great oil sand asset. Dropped because of oil prices and decrease in Petrolifera stock price. Recovering nicely.
BUY
Heavy oil production in Alberta, which is increasing pretty dramatically. Still owns 35% of Petrolifera (PDP-T), an Argentinean development company. Relatively low development costs. Good growth potential in front of it.
DON'T BUY
Predominantly in the Fort McMurray area. Will struggle in this environment. Given that some of the big majors have come off so sharply, they look more compelling.
BUY
A heavy oil producer in northern Alberta. Has a fairly nice heavy oil discovery. Growing production very dramatically. Spun off Petrolifera (PDP-T) which has some excellent production in Argentina.
WAIT
This would be a buy, but you want to see the oil price firm up before putting any money in.
HOLD
Likes the small oil/gas companies.
COMMENT
Oil sands play that owns Petrolifera (PDP-T), the South American Peruvian productions. Not bad long-term value here. Will rise and fall with the price of oil.
BUY
An interesting company. Trying to work towards developing their oil sands project. One of the issues with oil sands projects is that costs are escalating dramatically. Could rally and is probably a seasonal play.
COMMENT
They own a large stake in Petrolifera (PDP-T) who just came out with some bad news. This is weighing on the stock.
HOLD
The prices in the oil sands are skyrocketing, but this company has its 30% of Petrolifera Petroleum (PDP-T).
WATCH
Not a lot of leadership characteristics here, but a lot of the oil stocks are starting to break their downtrends here. As it gets closer to its Sept/Oct support, it would be a trading buy.
WAIT
Has good support right now. A lot of trading over the past year or so. Little pull back of about 50% replacement. If it can break through the $4.20, he could see $5. The only thing that bothers him is that it has been down trending since February. Don't buy it if it is still moving down.
BUY
Has some interesting projects going forward which should get under way around the 1st quarter. Have some oil sands that are being developed and expects production fairly soon.
BUY
Although it has some small production, it has really become an oil sands play. They have a nice way of doing it by using different pods. Finance a pod, bring it on to production and then go on to the next one. Good long-term play.
