BUY
Fair market value is at least twice its current value. In the long term, with China and India becoming major companies, metals commodities is pretty good.
DON'T BUY
A slow growth industry that's becoming very global, so they have to do something rather than try to stand alone. Not sure Coors is the best alternative. Fairly valued.
BUY
Converting to a trust within a short period. Will probably appreciate.
BUY
A lot of great opportunities in the great Northern assets. Cut in distributions was to retain capital for further investments. One of the better performers and should continue.
BUY
2.4 X next year's cash flow which is the cheapest of the mining stocks. Chinese are allegedly interested in buying it. It is on the block.
BUY
A major beneficiary of what is happing in the copper markets. Profits have been improving tremendously. Outlook is very positive.
DON'T BUY
Believes that trading has been suspended. The only money left will go to debt holders. Will be restructured with a new name.
TOP PICK
This is incredible inexpensive stock. Since the world is growing especially China, this stock will grow much higher. This is a well-run company.
PAST TOP PICK
(Past top pick April 22/04. Then: $32.55.) Coors was not the best choice for Molson. Merge two companies into one was not the wisest choice they made. The value is cheap right now.
PAST TOP PICK
(A Top Pick Nov 5/03. Up 32%.) Sold as it had stalled out and they took some good gains. Will probably become a trust.
TOP PICK
Made some very interesting discoveries. Good production growth.
BUY
Likes metal stocks. Prefers Alcan and Inco. Could be a takeover.
