This is being acquired by Pembina (PPL-T), which has better growth. Combined, there are some synergies. He thinks Pembina could be $48-$50 in the year. He likes all the pipelines. You get yield with growth.

(Being acquired) Basically, you are just buying this to get the yield and the takeout price. We are in a pretty good market, and you don’t need to park cash to stay in cash and get just a simple dividend.

They are being bought out by PPL-T and it closes on the 4^th quarter of this year. You get shares of PPL-T and cash ($18.50). Roll it over into PPL-T because it is not a tax event then. Put the cash back into either PPL-T or ALA-T.

Pembina Pipeline (PPL-T) has made an offer to buy this company at $9.7 billion. He doesn’t think there is any issue and that it will likely close. This is a part share and park cash deal.

Chart shows a little bit of overhead that we have seen since 2015. There are a number of people that remember what they paid and will want their money back. We are getting close to that level. The chart is taking a slightly rounded look to it. Between the fact that it definitely has some technical resistance in the low $40 he would be tempted to take the cash. On the other hand, if you are interested in the dividend, it is a perfectly fine income stock. He wouldn't buy any new stock.
