A lot of value starting to come into this company. Fair market value is in the high$30's. In spite of concerns by the market, the basic business remains in good shape. Slow release product will continue and grow into the market.

Has some great technology and products and have built a reasonable distribution team. Not a fan of management. Prefers a stronger cash flow. Would consider at US$12.

Has a number of issues. Doing a good job in creating transparencies of their accounting.New anti-depressant drug seems to be doing well. Valuation looks attractive.

DON'T BUY

The value for stock is near bottom. Have alot of issues, and no upsides. Hold for clarity later. No reason to own the stock right now.

It is a relatively expensive stock. In general, this stock is not recommanded because this stock has been down for last 6 months.

WAIT

Feels they may be at a bit of a turning point and the real turning point will come in the back half of this year. Needs to see 1) prescriptions stabilized 2) traction of the sales force and 3) a partner for the Tramadol. Cash flow has gone positive.

At this price, it probably represents reasonable upside.

Chairman sold 3 million shares of his personal holdings which indicates a lack of confidence.

It looks to be slipping lower. Some excellent technical support around $17. Market is still vindictive towards this one so expects it will drop further.

STRONG BUY

Came out with excellent 2nd quarter results. They seem to have turned the company around and are working on transparency. A bargain buy at this price. Have unique technology and have a bright future.

DON'T BUY

A " show me" story. Have good products and great distribution, but it's a matter of will the market attribute valuation multiple in line with its peers.

BUY ON WEAKNESS

Model price is $30. Think there's a 65% probability of a dropping to $17.50. Would buy at $17.50.
