A little more expensive on a cash flow basis than its peer group. If you value it on a Net Asset basis, people expect they can really grow the assets.

Heavy oil in Alberta. This is an optionallity on oil sands there one day. If you believe that we are at the low on oil and it is going up tomorrow this is a rocket ship potential. But oil had better go up to $100.

Heavy oil. Speculative. With a 5-year view, these people tend to do smart things. A great way to look to the future for development over time.
