Looking at the property right now, there is existing infrastructure from mining that occurred in the 1980s in an adjacent area. It’s not going to be a big operation. Something that is very manageable to put in place. If they develop it, great. There is a very good chance that someone will acquire it.
Very high grade gold story out in BC. Have roughly 15 million ounces at possibly 30 g per ton. Valuation is cheap. Expect the stock will trade sideways at the moment because there is still lots of proving up in terms of density of the ore body. She wants to own it because she just doesn’t know what catalyst will come next. Could be a takeout if they can prove up the ore body.
