Doing better and able to produce some financial statements that are reasonable. The announcements with Microsoft (MSFT-Q) are very positive. Microsoft's new upgrade will be very good for the stock, which will be good for Nortel. Feels the stock is expensive and is not confident on their financial statements.

Chart shows a bit of a double top. Has a kind of a failed breakout and is pulling back and consolidating right now. The bias is to the up side. From a probability standpoint, the bias is on your side if you are Long. Wait for a pullback before buying.

2 things to watch. Look at its price to cash flow. If it's low, it is in buying territory. 2nd, how has it been doing in price appreciation? Check this out for 3, 6 and 12 month price appreciation and if it is in the top of that category, that's the time to think about buying.

Good news recently with the IBM (IBM-N ) announcements, which he thought was fairly strong. Turnaround has been slow. He is waiting for the next quarterly report. Expect it will have pullback before moving higher.
