HOLD
Thinks that over time it will improve.
DON'T BUY
Trading at 100 X earnings. One thing it has going for it, relative to its rivals, is that its price to sales is relatively low which gives the possibility that, if it can get its margins up and make some profit, tremendous leverage on its price to sales. Dismayed to see them re-organizing yet again.
TOP PICK
Has just started to do a little nibbling. Their problems seem to be behind them and they seem to be turning around a little bit. Forming strategic relationships in Asia and China. Speculative.
BUY ON WEAKNESS
Looking at this one. Thinks the tech area could get a nice run here. Have good technology. Their far east enterprises could be turning profitable. Would buy below $4, probably at $3.75/3.80.
TOP PICK
The period of seasonal strength is from the end of September to the end of January. 7 times out of 10 it is profitable. Technically has a gorgeous reverse head and shoulder pattern. Has very strong on balance volume which means that someone is buying. Great fundmentals. Volatile.
HOLD
Has improved in the past couple of months. Has to get better over time and you'll have to be patient with it.
TOP PICK
Model shows the P/E drops down from '05 to '06 to 17 X with earnings estimates of $0.22 gives an appoximate 22% ROE, a 17 P/E and it looks like things are turning around.
SELL
Doesn't like. Still too early to re-buy. His FMV is about where the stock is right now. Can't see any upside.
BUY
Bought this one last month and sold it last month fo an 11% gain. His model price is $2.92. About a 7.5% differential.
SELL
Still thinks there is some question about its strategy as well as questions about the whole telecommunications' infrastructure sector. Expensive here.
WEAK BUY
At this point it looks attractive. Could see it at $5 12 months out. Highly volatile industry.
DON'T BUY
Although the 1st quarter was pretty decent and the market liked it, they are staying away for awhile. Some management changes that came from Cisco (CSCO-Q) didn't work. Not convinced they're out of the woods yet. It's a tough end market. It's a long road ahead.
DON'T BUY
Some earnings have come through and on a technical basis it was looking a lot better. There might be some real resistance around $4. Doesn't consider it an investment stock. Doesn't buy it, but continually inherits it as new portfolios come in. Would sell at $4. Not sure that they will avoid litigation related to past events.
DON'T BUY
Shareholders lawsuits is a concern. Move into Korea is very constructive, but still has questions about the profitability of the venture, the market they want to go after and the speed in which they will attain it.
DON'T BUY
Was surprised that they got so much positive press for making a penny a share. Can't see any real great future for this stock. Not cheap.
