There are other gas stocks that he prefers. In the shale plays in British Columbia. The problem with these companies is the price of gas itself. You have to be patient with it because at some point it turns up but he doesn't see it lifting in the near term.

Not crazy about gas. Also not crazy about their balance sheet. Recently did an issue that alleviates this but still doesn't have the pristine balance sheet that she would prefer. Have an attractive land package and good prospects ahead of them but they need a better gas price.

Very good asset base in the Peace River Arch in Alberta as well as some very good Montney lands. Valuation is very rich right now and you are paying for a lot of future reserves in the ground to come.

Natural gas in the Montney shale formation. Lots of reserves and recently raised some cash to develop them. Will probably get acquired.

DON'T BUY

Gas producer with some interesting exposure in the Montney play in Alberta. Very expensive relative to its peers. Good management. Would prefer others such as Celtic Exploration (CLT-T) or Arc Energy (AET.UN-T).

BUY

(Market Call Minute) At some point gas prices go higher.

DON'T BUY

Has a premium price and high debt level compared to pier group. Likes the management and the plays.

COMMENT

There is a very brilliant investor behind it and it trades at a very high multiple. He prefers to buy stocks on a discount.

DON'T BUY

Have large undeveloped Montney resources. Execution risks are reasonably high. A lot of downside in gas prices currently.

PARTIAL BUY

Heavily involved in the Montney play in Alberta. Produces about 12,000 barrels a day. Natural gas weighted. He is under weighted on the stock but you want to have some exposure. Leverage is a bit of a concern sold they are spending cash flow that mutes any growth into next year. Expecting some growth in 09.

BUY

One of the leading juniors in the Montney gas play. Has been trashed along with everything. Should be all right. Gas should be stable. Speculation on gas.

TRADE

Gas driven, undervalued, done well, prices got expensive, better value in Galleon.

HOLD

Big Montney gas exposure. Likes the company. Sold out his position. On his list to look at.

COMMENT

Montney shale play is attracting the most interest in the oil sector. Could be a take out. Don’t the results there will get disappointing.

HOLD

One of the favoured Montney plays.
