No one knows what Brascan (BNN.LV.A-T) is going to do as they didn't get the vote needed. There's a very good chance that Brascan does take it and they just manage it. It's undervalued, but management has been distracted. Proabably a reasonable bet.

Selling all assets and will redeem its limited voting rights at $15.50. There is a feeling that $15.50 may be too low, so there may be some dissension among the institutional holders to try to get a better price.
