Telesystems Inter'l. Wireless (TIW.V)

BUY
Has had a nice pullback. The company has turned around quite nicely and growth rates are extremely high. Profits are starting to come back in.
WAIT
The assets they have on the wireless side in eastern Europe are interesting and have potential growth, they have concerns on management and want to see them do a couple of quarters.
DON'T BUY
Spending a long time creating a base. Had a little bit of a rally getting up to $20, but it will still need more time to continue finishing a base.
DON'T BUY
Fair market value is $7.40. Their global locations make him nervous.
BUY
Dropped a little bit, so bought more. The growth rate, mainly in Rumania and Czechoslovakia has been phenomenal. Has a lot of cash.
HOLD
Most of the wireless have gone from cash flow negative to cash flow positive and are in growth markets.
DON'T BUY
The problems are out of the way. They’ll sell their holdings in a short while.
DON'T BUY
Restructured and has had a nice rally. A high beta stock that will move with the market. Have some underlying fundamental issues that will create excitement. The valuation/earnings model does not justify the prices.
DON'T BUY
Reverse split was a negative. Fixing up their balance sheet. European operations are improving.
DON'T BUY
Too risky.
DON'T BUY
A lot of debt. Issuance of new shares will dilute the stock price.
DON'T BUY
Has had financing problems. Needs a lot of volume to be profitable.
DON'T BUY
Very speculative.
DON'T BUY
Has sold out because of concerns on their cash position.
DON'T BUY
Has suffered with all telecoms. Needs a lot of work.
