Never delivered on a single quarter from the time that they were public, which is a cause for concern. Had internal problems on how they were accounting for production. Current assets are worth about $0.25 and the stock is worth $0.29. Thinks its dead money.

Just gave some revised negative guidance. Had hoped to be 10,000 barrels a day by mid-year but are currently 2,500 a day. Will have to raise money.

Sold his holdings because there were things they were doing that he couldn’t understand. Also the type of drilling they were doing and they didn’t know the answer to. Inexpensive and they are now building things out. If you are a speculator, it could turn out very well.
