Have always been sort of elephant hunters. They go for the big plays and the big returns. Still have a lot of projects in the hopper within the US gulf. Would lean to adding on the current weakness.

Pretty good oil company. Have a lot of international operations. A big project in Sudan is coming up. Fairly cheap. Hasn't done as well as some of the other oil stocks. Should do well going forward.

Statistically cheap. Very heavily into oil. Just picked up a large portfolio of offshore properties off the UK from Encana. Prefers Canadian Natural Resources which has a mix of gas and oil.

Has had 1/2 quarters where it has somewhat disappointed. Heavily off shore so not too bad. Has an oil sands project due to come on. Has a partnership with OPTI which has a good process for reducing costs.
