Inco (N.TO)

BUY ON WEAKNESS
This stock and Noranda are the cheapest on a price to cash flow basis. Expects a pullback on metal prices which should drop the stock 10%.
TOP PICK
There has been a pullback in the commodity areas which gives a buying opportunity. Likes the growth profile of the company with a couple of projects on stream which will act as a reserve base.
DON'T BUY
Commodity looks great, but you have to ask what the company is really worth. Stock is fairly priced.
DON'T BUY
Thinks it's fully valued at $5/5.50. Doesn't expect much growth.
BUY ON WEAKNESS
Would like to own it long-term but at 8X price to the cash flow, it is too much in the short term. Would buy between $45/48.
BUY ON WEAKNESS
The price of nickel has been very strong and looks to be strong going forward. Good profile for growth as an operating company. Would buy on a pullback.
BUY
A good play on stronger economic growth in North America and Asia.
BUY
The demand from China will be a positive influence on the price.
HOLD
The price of nickel and other commodities are going up very strongly.
PAST TOP PICK
(A past top pick Nov 3/03. Up 44.38/46.34%.) Metals have had steadily rising in demand coming out of Asia.. Also, there has been consolidation leaving fewer companies.
BUY
“Fair market value” is about $43. Has pretty strong technical resistance above $48 and could have a very healthy setback at that point. Long-term, the Asian market will have strong demand.
TOP PICK
Demand in nickel is greater than what can come on line. Demand for stainless steel in China outweighs all expectations. There could be a big squeeze for nickel in the next three or four years.
BUY
Several nice little waves since May and just had a sharp correction, which is probably the start of a fourth wave.
SELL
Time to lighten up in base metals. Nickel was at record highs in the third quarter and Inco had very disappointing results. Prefers Sherrit.
DON'T BUY
At this price, would be more of a seller then a buyer. Would like a $4/5 lower entry point.
