He sold all of his direct energy exposure Jan 31. He thinks there is a $55 to $60 for WTI going forward. He has a negative view of this sector going forward. It came under pressure when commodity prices sold off so there are some sentimental related risks, unless there is a rebound in oil prices. Relatively strong balance sheet and the dividend growth is sustainable. He might increase his exposure if there is a pullback.
