(Top Short Dec 14/07. Up 20%.) Like it as DreamWorks (DWA-N) are going to start doing all animation in 3-D. Will probably pull back to $4.50-$5 so if you can pick it up under $5, it's a good deal.

It's the ideal tool to help you make quicker, more informed decisions for managing and tracking your investments.

BUY

The media and content delivery space has been very strong this year because you have seen good cash flow growth. It is sitting on technical support after a pull back. Prefers Cineplex slightly. Both are attractive. IMX is a more global story.

WEAK BUY
The managed to get a cheaper, easier to install IMAX system. You are buying installations. Can easily be deferred by cinemas.
COMMENT
(Caller indicated directors are buying stocks with their $4 options and selling the stock at $15.) If this is the case, that is not a good sign. Still too expensive for him.
DON'T BUY
Charges looking really horrible. Support in July last year was at $13 and the stock is not that far from there now. If it breaks through that, he can see it going down to $10. You have to be very careful. Earnings reported in July was down 16%. Volume is still pretty high on the downside.
HOLD
ROE is improving. Had a phenomenal run over the last 18 months. It is still a bit rich. Get it in the $12-13.
BUY ON WEAKNESS
No-brainer, looking back on it. The stability of revenue from movies is very good. There is a head and shoulders around beginning of May and it may be a warning.
BUY
Pullback is related to the general market pullback and this is possibly a good time to get in. 3-D has come on very strongly last year.
DON'T BUY
Selling systems is a very lumpy business. Getting competition. Near the top end of its trading range.
PAST TOP PICK
(A Top Pick July 30/07. Up 30%.) Had a nice breakout in December. Now forming an ascending triangle. Thinks the stock still has some future.
DON'T BUY
Got into a little of trouble in the past with revenue recognition. Tried unsuccessfully to sell the company 2 years ago. Changing the business model so are on track in turning things around, Wait to see if the new model will work for them.
PAST TOP PICK

(Top Short Dec 14/07. Up 2%.) The call was, if it traded above $7 he would reduce his position. Didn't trade about this for a very long so he kept his position. Still shorting.

SELL
Been a high maintenance name for years. If you can handle the maintenance hold, otherwise get out.
TOP PICK
Top Short Had some very positive news of the building of 100 theatres and it broke out of a consolidation. That would normally be a point to Buy. Fundamentally the story hasn't changed that much as it is longer-term story that will develop over the next 5 years. He is Shorting with a very strict price discipline on it. If it rises above $7 he'll probably reduce his position or cover his Short. He is looking for a move down to the $5 range.
TOP PICK
With last week's sell off, he ran a filter for volume increase and a close above the prior week's low. Put your stop in place around $4.50.
