Not bullish on oil and natural gas.

Coming through with some major gas exploration in the Rockies. A good stock to hold in any portfolio.

DON'T BUY

Fully valued. Trading at 6X which is the high end of the range.

BUY ON WEAKNESS

A price to cash flow is about 8X which is expensive. A blue-chip company with superb management. Should be a part of everybody's portfolio.

HOLD

High value stock. Book value is increasing. Gets cheaper just sitting there.

BUY

Has been a laggard. Offshore holdings on the East Coast may be doing better than originally thought.

TOP PICK

The energy sector has been lagging their positive for the longer term. Strong management team.

PAST TOP PICK

(A past top pick Nov 6/03. Up 12%.) Had been a laggard in the oil sector so it was due to play catch-up. Continue to like it.

HOLD

If you feel that oil and gas prices are going to be strong, this should be a good stock. Would consider putting in a bid of $48 for it.

PAST TOP PICK

(A past top pick Oct 28/03. Up 8%.) Had been oversold and the people were concerned about natural gas prices. The demand for natural gas will be huge. This is a stock you should tuck away for five years.

DON'T BUY

A very rich Company. Its North Sea asset is now coming on stream. Would prefer smaller companies for better growth.

Feels that the energy stocks are the least attractive right now and oil prices will be lower. Have a stronger leverage to natural gas which makes it more attractive.

BUY

Stock has under performed. Very well positioned going forward. A larger cap, so don't expect as big a bounce as you would get from smaller companies. A good investment.

TRADE

Hasn't acted terribly well, even against a good background. This stock is cheap and fair market value is double its current price. Not too sure of the short term. Thinks oil prices will go higher.

STRONG BUY

Doing extremely well and will continue to do so. Has lots of growth potential.
