Consolidating through acquisition around their old mine. This is also a likely takeover candidate over the next 12-18 months. If it is not taken over, there is still some risk. Take profits where you can.

There is talk about consolidating their area through an offer by Trade Winds (TWD-X). This company will be bringing in the 700,000 ounces in production in 2 years. At current gold prices, this will generate a lot of cash. Current stock price is quite high for a non-producer. Likes management and the project. Would pick away at a level that looks right

WAIT

Great deposit in Northern Ontario. He would rather play the discovery and then go back in when they are in production.

COMMENT

Looks like they are past the stage of being a take out as they are fully committed to putting their project into production themselves. Good solid company with tons of resources.

BUY

You can compare this to Osisko (OSK-T) a year ago. Have a large key asset in Ontario with expected high tonnage low-grade gold. A $1.1 billion project and have all the money they need. Strong possibility of a takeover.

Emerging gold producer. Great way to play, as you are not solely dependent on the commodity. Gold probably still has legs but there could be a pull back at some point.

They will be going into development in the next few years. Where there are big mines, there are not an isolated occurrences. Tradewinds (TWD-V) already has a couple million oz on that property. You should own both.

Has had an incredible move and she is tempted to peel back on her holdings but wouldn't sell the whole position.

Good company and good asset. Reserves of about thirteen million ounces. Have most of their financing in place and are waiting for a couple of permits. Good growth story.

Likes gold companies that are adding to their resources with production growth and could be takeover targets.

(Market Call Minute.) One of the smaller gold names. Behaving well.

HOLD

Strong board and management team. Advancing assets toward development. Will participate along with gold price move.

COMMENT

Detour Lake is turning out to be a very large prospective deposit with about 9 million ounces measured and indicated. Area should undergo significant consolidation. Company is probably a year behind in starting equipment buying after it gets permitted.

BUY

Ontario gold exploration. Likes better than Osisko Exploration (OSK-T).
