Joint venture with Aber Diamonds (ABZ-T). The pipe looks quite exciting. About 25 kms from Aber’s Diavik pipes. Early indications looks like 30 million tons grading at about 1 carat per ton valued at about $100 per carat.

DON'T BUY

This went straight up at the end of 06 and now it is coming back down. Speculative.

Diamonds in Nunavut. Likes the story and the management group behind them. Looks like they will be doing some ore sampling, which will be the catalyst for the upcoming year. Wouldn’t put any money into it in this environment.

COMMENT

This is the most exciting of the new Canadian diamond discoveries. Has access to cash to continue. He is not personally fond of sole risk exploration, particularly in the far North for diamonds, but wouldn’t discourage people who can afford the speculation associated with diamond exploration.

This is on Baffin Island. Unfortunately, the results have been so good that the Friedlands have decided to do rights offering’s at ever lower prices. The last one at $0.10 is probably the last one.

(Top Pick Mar 7/16, Up 40.74%) It has been a disappointment. They did not raise the capital they wanted. They are going to do some more drilling. It is one of the best diamond discoveries in the last 6 years. There is no caribou migration problem in this area of Baffin Island.

He bought within the last three weeks. He has had nothing, but success with the management even if failures in the commodity. It is not for the faint of heart.
