COMMENT

This was one of his favourite Long positions for a very long time. He sold it post BREXIT, solely because he wanted to see how Europe shakes out. They just made a $600 million acquisition in Europe, which is going to be tough to digest. With political uncertainty, he is happy to step away for the time being. He very, very much likes the business model.

SELL

(Market Call Minute.) Trying to morph themselves from a private label contract manufacturing to a bottled water and coffee distributor. For that kind of business, they are overvalued.

WATCH

They are investing in bottled water delivery by making acquisitions. This investment might change their course. He would like to see evidence before investing.

PAST TOP PICK

(A Top Pick Dec 17/12. Up 13.33%.) Bought the stock because they were increasing their free cash flow profile. Margins were growing and they initiated a dividend. However, had a few quarters where he questioned their results, which weren’t as strong as he had hoped for.

PAST TOP PICK

(A Top Pick Dec 17/12. Up 9.71%.) Still likes.

TOP PICK

3.2% dividend. They want to stabilize their business unit. Are willing to give up the volume to get higher margin. Will get more cash going forward. Going through a change and are relatively cheap. Just initiated the dividend, 10x earnings. It is a margin story.

SELL
A very volatile stock. His experience is that you never seemed to know what was coming around the corner at you. If you have an opportunity, Sell on strength.
HOLD
Big base ended last April and then it broke out. Stop loss at $5.50.
HOLD
The business they are in is extremely competitive and they have shown themselves, at various times, to be able to handle this. Canadian retail area is improving.
SELL
Had consistent disappointments and operational issues. Have not been great on execution. If you own, consider taking your profits and waiting to see if their recent recovery is for real.
COMMENT
(Market Call Minute.) This is a turnaround. There is a lot of risk but he did buy some based on his strategy to buy after a good quarter.
DON'T BUY
Has had tremendous difficulties and has become a penny stock. Have recovered in the past but whether they can do it this time is questionable. Wal-Mart is their biggest customer and they have lost shelf space there.
DON'T BUY
In the midst of management changes. Watching it closely. Tremendous potential to go back up but he is not interested yet. Lost 40% of their shelf space at Wal-Mart, which will really hurt them. Could be a 10 bagger but also could be a total bust.
DON'T BUY
Not a business that he likes anymore. They are at the mercy of their customers and have no control of what product goes on the shelf. Also no control of pricing.
COMMENT
Coca-Cola (KO-N) and Pepsi (PEP-N) are both trading at around 18X and 19X next year's earnings while this one is at around 23X/24X. Wait until you see their fortunes turning.
