Mid-tier producer but are also expanding the size of their resource. Had another significant drill hole, which opened a new zone.

COMMENT

Chart shows a very strong upward climb since December. Exceeded the June/08 high and is breaking into new territory. Could take a bit of a pause here and then rally up to about $3.50 in the short-term if the trend continues.

43101, a validation of what they say they have by a 3rd party., is coming up. Have also found a lot of very interesting new veins, post the 43101 calculations that won't be factored in.

Good management and the Hinge Zone is very exciting and attracting a lot of attention. He is somewhat neutral on gold over the next year or so but this company stands out in their ability to drive their production profile.

HOLD

Chart shows that there is obviously a good story here. However, he doesn't like gold companies as a group right now. He is getting more interested in bullion though. But this one shows good upside even if it comes back to the trendline of $2.36.

The Rice Lake opportunity, near the Red Lake camp has a lot of years left in it.

Likes this company but the stock could weaken off because of seasonal weakness in the price of gold. Still overbought. Hinge zone looks very exciting.

Good exploration potential. Not cheap if you do it on a $1 per ounce in the ground proven but if you look at what the system actually contains and where they are finding new veins, this is developing into a nice high-grade district.

All of the gold exploration/development companies have had a great run. Good management.

Likes it a lot. Group of gold stocks that, if wanted to own gold, he would own. In a strong up-trend.

Last summer’s levels would offer some resistance – should take profits as it approaches this level. With gold you really have the opportunity to move. In a sector that is feeling the benefits of the market being soft today.

Successful and predictive exploration success and, because of location, can turn it into money in a very short period of time.

BUY ON WEAKNESS

Looks like they have a very interesting project in Manitoba with near-term production. Anything under $1.50 would be a good acquisition.
