COMMENT
6-month call option with a $20 straight at a cost of $2.30 if he feels the stock is going to $28? If the stock goes to $28 that's about a 40% return, if you're right, you make 300% on the Call. If this doubles, take at least half your position off the table.
DON'T BUY

His general view on the semiconductor space is that we are starting to see some sector rotation into growth stocks in the US and the funds are causing a lot of growth into the US. Unfortunately this is causing a lot of cyclical companies like this one to go to levels which don’t make a lot of sense. You have to invest in these when they are actually going down as opposed to going up. Be very careful right now because we are going to get a contraction in the cycle.

HOLD

Watch the valuation because he is expecting institutions to rotate out of these stocks.

COMMENT

Thinks it is going to be a rough quarter for all of these companies, including this one. A little too volatile for him. He would prefer Intel (INTC-Q).

DON'T BUY

Not one that is holding up in price. Would prefer something like Nvidia (NVDA-Q) or Broadcom (BRCM-Q) which sells into wireless devices, and has a very strong price pattern and is behaving better than 93% of stocks in the US market.
