DON'T BUY

(Market Call Minute) Too much risk even for him. It is not a business model that works.

DON'T BUY

(Market Call Minute) It is too much of a stretch. They are too debt laden with a bad history.

WATCH

(Market Call Minute) Step back and see how the next couple of quarters go.

DON'T BUY

(Market Call Minute) It is too late to go long or short on this one.

TOP PICK

This could be a stock you buy and forget about. One of the best growth companies in the last 40 years. They had their first quarterly miss in 4 years recently. What they do well is cross selling so well. The worries recently were skinny bundles and ESPN. People still want the sports content. It will correct itself. You can now get it at a market multiple.

TOP PICK

It was falling because of the VRX-T story. It is at 3-4 times earnings. They can start to pay down their debt. The acquisition gave them a diversified foot print. They are delivering results. They are doing it right. You are compensated for any risk with a low multiple.

TOP PICK

You buy Uranium at $25, a huge discount. He thinks it is cheap. The demand is still there. This is the best way to play the commodity.

COMMENT

They are well positioned. The problem is regulations and reimbursements. There will be the dismantling of Obamacare. It is not a bad long term story. There is no trigger in the short term. There is not a lot of near term growth.

N/A

Oil. Goldman Sachs is calling for $50 oil on the back half of 2016. That gave a lift to oil, and it is about time. The combination of good demand and supply outages sets us up to the end of the year. It is going to take an awful long time for Nigeria to sort out its issues. Saudi Arabia and what they are going to do is an issue she has been struggling with. They want decent oil prices for their own country, but at the same time the Saudis and the Iranians are really not friends, and the easing of restrictions on Iran is making the Saudis feel threatened, which could have the Saudis increasing production. She is very cautious and still has a lot of cash, but a lot less than she did a month ago. Expecting some volatility in the market and wants to trade around it.

HOLD

Likes this a lot. It has been one of those abnormally strong businesses, in an environment where most businesses have been quite challenged. This is part of an LNG play in that it provides services to LNG players that are based in Papua New Guinea. They are currently going through some contract renegotiations and have a pretty concentrated customer base. Wait until the contract negotiations come up.

BUY ON WEAKNESS

A core name in her portfolio, and should be a core name for anyone looking for exposure to an upside in oil. Recently did an acquisition of Husky’s (HSE-T) Southwest Saskatchewan assets. This gives a pretty nice accretion to the cash flow. They are going to have a lot of opportunity to enhance the productivity of those assets. She is adding to her holdings on pullbacks.

BUY

A possible take over candidate. It is really cheap and they have some really great assets. The market did not like their Q1 reporting, and this creates a very nice entry point.

COMMENT

Natural Gas? Natural gas in the US looks quite encouraging. Production has destabilized a little. The contracting rig count has really helped the price at lot. Also, natural gas in the US has been improving quite nicely. They have started LNG shipments, slowly but surely, and there is going to be a lot more exports to Mexico, which is looking pretty good. Canada is a few quarters behind although Canadian production is still very robust. The Montney is one of the best resource areas in North America right now. Storage levels are at levels which would typically be in October. With the oil sands production coming off-line, natural gas demands weakened considerably. It would be prudent to wait on the Canadian natural gas producers.

HOLD

Thinks this is worth a fair bit and can easily get to $9-$10 based on the direction of oil. Although she owns, it is not a core holding simply because of the risk. Has a lot of debt. She loves the assets and thinks the team is very strong.

COMMENT

Just raised some capital to help stabilize the balance sheet, which was a good idea. Have some great Bakken assets in North Dakota and are doing very well with their drilling. Sees a lot of upside there. The Marcellus assets are not doing as well because of the differential in some of the prices, and are getting the netbacks.
