Brendan Kyne Purepoint Uranium Group PTU-X DON'T BUY Jun 25, 2007

Uranium. Good properties in the Athabascan Basin and good management. The stock has slipped consistently down from February. This is not a near-term play.

COMMENT
In the Athabascan Basin, which has the highest uranium deposits in the world. Drill-ready targets. High risk and very speculative. Good management.
WEAK BUY
Small uranium exploration company. Still lots of risk. A small weighting in your portfolio would make sense. Athabascan Basin.
HOLD
Athabascan Basin. This has been a frustrating stock. Not a very well known management team. Recently announced a new experienced VP of field operations. This is a positive. We asset is Turner Lake, which he likes. Early stage.
DON'T BUY
Has probably found a bottom here. More focused on places where major uranium has been found in the Athabascan. They have staked a lot of land in an area that is very swampy and very deep. Prefers others.
BUY ON WEAKNESS
Junior company that is basically raising money to explore for uranium. Sometimes takes years to find a deposit. Have to be patient. Some interesting prospects in the Athabascan basin. Pretty strong drill program for the first half of 2008. On negative days, you could pick some up for a short-term trade.(Buy uranium stocks when uranium is near its bottom, possibly around $75/$80.)
