It has increased its reserves. Seems to have links with Nigeria. Would like to see a correction and then would buy at $32.

Most Canadian domestic oils have done a bit of a recovery along with the rest of the market from November 1st. This one is in that group of overseas' ventures that hasn't made that turn. Only a small number of shares outstabding. It's running at 10,000 barrels a day which is very large. This has to be aa recovery situation.

DON'T BUY

Sort of in its blast off mode. Most of the assets are in west Africa and in some dangerous places. Exploration risks are extremely high. Will have to pull a rabbit out of the hat to go higher.

International side of energy has fallen out of favour a little bit. Would prefer to deal with domestic producers instead.

Things are very solid. They need to put up their drilling results. Have a relatively slow drilling program because they're developing an entire field. Could do 30/40 thousand barrels a day in '07/'08. The market will start to pay attention when they see the ramp up from the mid teens. Not flashy, but a keeper.
