Uranium is floating between $50 and $70, which is a fair price. This company is 100% pure exploration. Found an extremely rich pocket of uranium in Saskatchewan. Looks like it is real and it is mineable. Don't pay too much for it because it will be a long time before it becomes a mine. Probably fairly priced.
Of all the commodities, it was one of the first to go into the toilet. It is bottoming and may be the one commodity that comes out faster than some of the others. Likes this company a lot. Have had some phenomenal grades coming out in Canada.
You have to have a very strong Stop on this one. Very strong rally back in February/08. Fairly strong support level at $1.75 and if it breaks through there could be a very significant drop down to $1. Technically it doesn't look too bad. Resistance at around $3 level. Volume is much less than average.
Has a lot of respect for the company. Sold his holdings because he was not seeing the deposit getting bigger. Good deposit but before getting back in he needs to see an extension to that deposit. Still a lot of work to do.
High quality advanced exploration in uranium. Has no resource to mine as yet. Made an offer for acquisition of Northern Continental (NCR-X) but doesn't think they have much of a chance.
Very difficult finding uranium but they have done it. They have to go into production and it costs a lot of money to do it. He worries about the capital in the Junior space, which just might not be available yet.
Sold his holdings when Cameco (CCO-T) made a bid and he didn't expect a secondary bid. Rio Tinto (RIO-N) came in with a higher bid, which he expects will be accepted.
