Great dividend yield of 6.3%, trades at only 10x earnings. Cheap, you can own it here. Grew vaccine business. New CEO shed some divisions, so now more of a pure pharma company, which has risks. Have to worry about pipeline constantly. JNJ, for example, is more diversified, and that's what he prefers.
Healthcare was the worst performing sector in the S&P 500 in 2016, but has been a strong performer this year, and this company has not followed suit. He likes that they have 3 very distinct businesses. One in HIV, one in vaccine, plus a consumer products business. The market is undervaluing all 3 businesses.
