Gold exploration in Ecuador. Held back because of problems in Ecuador. Of any of the gold companies, this is by far the cheapest. Trading at about 3.5X NAV. $35 per ounce in the ground. Currently at 6 million ounces and can easily go to 10 million once they drill up more of their properties. Have only explored about 25% of their properties. Will be producing in Q2 of this year.

Located in Ecuador but government seems to be opening up to mining companies. Just a matter of time until this company goes ahead with their projects. Stock is extremely cheap. Thinks the political issue will go away. You have to have the stomach and the patience, as it could be volatile. Sure it will do very well over 5 years.

3 projects in Ecuador, which has been a very tough place for mining to start. Pretty sure this is the first gold company that has started production. Extremely cheap because of location. Could reach 250,000 ounces a year in 3 years. Trades at about 3X next year's cash flow. Wouldn't put all your money in this.

He is no longer a shareholder but it is because they exceeded any level of greed he could have had. It was a tremendous success for him. He does not think it will be built this cycle. He thinks they will resolve the political issue with first nations. The stock could trade up. It may be 10 or 15 years before this mine is built, but it will offer tremendous leverage to commodity prices.
