They have been around for over a decade. The idea was to mine on the ocean floor, where there could be silver, copper and some precious metals. Environmentally, there is a lot of resistance to this. It is low tonnage, but high grade. They eventually ran out of capital and went bankrupt.

DON'T BUY

It is an interesting science project. It is hard to tell if they will make money or not. It is hard enough mining this, but at these depths even harder. It is hard to get a handle on their reserves. Prefers techniques that he knows work.

Ran into difficulties with the Papua New Guinea government. These are sub-sea miners and are going under the ocean where there are huge deposits of base and precious metals.
