(A Top Pick Dec 18/06. Down 43.1%.) Oil has gone up so cost of production has increased. Have to finance a project, which means $1 billion. The lower the stock price, the more shares they have to issue to finance it, and then the lower the stock price goes. Death spiral. Hold.
