Pure exposure to Egypt so has been suffering from political volatility. Execution by the company has not been fantastic. Competent management. They were looking for 500 barrels a day per well and have been coming on with 150. Sold his holdings.

Interesting profile. Drilling for oil and gas in Egypt. Good management. Everything looks good, but it is a $0.27 stock, a junior junior. Wouldn’t have a problem having a punt on it, just don’t put your life savings into it.

Pairs trade. - Long Sea Dragon (SDX-X) and Short Bankers Petroleum (BNK-T). 2 companies with similar strategies. They are essentially applying new western drilling techniques to known overseas’ basins that haven’t used them before. Bankers have been active in Albania for about 5 years but had some production disappointments recently. This company is doing the same in Egypt where they have very good connections.

Stock has been weak because they are slower than they said bringing on new production. Likes the management team. You could pick away at it over the next couple of months.

BUY

Focused in Egypt. Potentially exploration upside. Currently raising money and that is holding the stock back. As they take operatorships in Egypt that they can run themselves, we will all be happy investors.

BUY ON WEAKNESS

New management changes. Just announced their first deal in Egypt with Premier Oil Overseas taking on wells that can do a couple of thousand barrels a day. They will take a 10% interest. Looking for more deals and he is hoping they will be up to do that. Stock is at about $.17 and they have about $0.08 in cash.
