Owns warrants. Does not rank very well in his process. Had good results, but being in that small cap area as well as being in Colombia hasn’t helped them. Investors have been fairly risk adverse the last couple of years, especially in the energy sector. They have a lot of blue sky ahead of them. Potential is through the roof, but they have to prove it.

BUY

He owns names in Columbia already. This one has done well. Came up with a fairly good discovery. Likes the story and there should be quite a bit of upside. Cash flows should be increasing over the next number of quarters and there is some upside in expiration also.

Likes this. Recently had good results with the drill bit. This is one of those companies that had done some financing last year at much higher prices but Colombia was really not the place to be last year. Has started to come through with production numbers that look much better. Undervalued.

HOLD

This stock caused him to despise exploration. They now have an element of cash flow and some cash on the balance sheet. They are trading at 2.5 times cash flow. Thinks they will get taken out. He sold it.

Micro cap Colombians are totally out of favour in this market right now. Had a string of dusters.

HOLD

They had an expiration well that they could not test. Columbia has been a really tough place this year. They are fully funded. Are drilling a well for June. A pure exploration name. If they hit their well you could see a pretty good upside on this stock.

DON'T BUY

Currently making an offer of their shares at $0.20 with a half a warrant with each share that can be exercised at $0.35. a lot of potential in resource but converting it into production has been a problem, Doesn’t like the dilution of the share base. He prefers to invest in the services space right now. Interesting prospects but at the same time

HOLD

Was A Top Pick a few shows ago and has been a total disaster. Exploratory wells. They drilled a well that had massive cost over runs and ended up costing $20 million gross. Also had a management turnover, which eroded team confidence. Have a very good land package and $13 million in cash.

Been quiet, awaiting closing of an acquisition. Likes it quite a bit. Management is quite experienced.

Pure exploration with no production. Good management. CEO was former VP of Petrominerales (PMG-T). Just did a financing of $25 million. Just firmed in some blocks on Talisman (TLM-T) as well as having some other high grade of blocks. High risk.
