Did a stock issue and firmed up the balance sheet. Getting new orders. Should continue along at a fairly nice pace. Will move dramatically once profits start appearing.

DON'T BUY

Earnings didn't kick in as fast as he expected. Some contract announcements weren't as good as expected. It's fortunes will be tied to Nortel.

Would like to see them put together a couple more quarters. Have got a couple of contracts. Accounting is not as clean as you would like.

Good and solid. Not sure the growth will be very dynamic.

Market found the earnings in the quarterly report were disappointing. Have done a dramatic job in fixing up their balance sheet. Feels the orders with Nortel and Ericsson will continue to be strong.

Pleased with the new management. Fair market value would be $2.50/3 but they still have to show that they can deliver on their revenue numbers.

Have cleaned up their balance sheet. Not a big fan of the stock in the short term because of the way the market is treating tech stocks.
