$2.5 million convertible debenture coming due. Losing money and has lost money for a long time. Doesn't have a lot of money and have to make sure they can cover this. New management made a lot of changes. Revenues are up. Looking to China with a Mandarin website. Doing a trial for a Canadian telecom. Moved from 132 million shares to 220 million shares. He bought more shares at $.07. Very risky but if they manage to pull through it could triple or quadruple.
