Feels the valuations in the oil/gas royalty trusts are very reasonable. If oil/gas prices drop further, they will be even better value. This one is a natural gas focused trust. Has shorter reserve life index, so would prefer others.

When it came out, the guidance that the company gave was clearly way too high. They were unable to meet that guidance so the market punished the stock and put it into the penalty box. There's some good assets there.The management team has some good capabilities.

(A Top Pick Apr 8/05. Down 12%.) Did an acquisition which was good for the reserve life, but spent at the high end of normal acquisitions. Q1 numbers were off their guidance. Still sees some substantial growth in the company. Good price.

A much better buy at these levels. Had created a lot of excitement when it came out on the market place.
