(A Top Pick March 8/16. Up 106.92%.) This was taken out by Goldcorp, and that was what he was looking for.

A takeover by Gold Corp (G-T), and he is going to wait and take the Gold Corp. shares. This takeover helps Gold Corp. answer the question of where will they get high quality growth.

An open pit gold project in the Yukon. Produced a feasibility study earlier this year, which actually worked at $1150-$1200 gold. There is additional exploration potential. They have $28 million in the treasury. This will probably get swallowed by a bigger company within the year.

Made a discovery in the Yukon, the Coffee deposit. It is a high grade deposit relative to other heap/leach deposits. A very robust deposit with about a 40% IRR. At some point, he expects another company is going to come in and buy this.

Top quality management. Maybe the best undeveloped deposit in Canada. Huge support from community and government. It has everything except communications and logistics.

Owns a lot of this. A great deposit. Being in the Yukon, it is challenged with infrastructure, but there are a whole range of challenges that management has faced before operating in the North. Good management.

One of the few good projects out there, that offers a relatively low CapX to build. A high grade oxide deposit, which is a heap leach process that he had real concerns with initially that far north. He went through this with their technical expert in a lot of detail, and it will leach. Infrastructure is a bit of an issue, but he thinks it can be dealt with. A good project and something you can accumulate at this price.

Bought in December/November and sold half since then. It has good grade and is one of the remaining good gold deposits held by a junior. They are looking at production into 2018. If it dropped more, he would buy more.

Would have been a much, much larger shareholder except that Lucas Lundine and Ross Beattie financed the company at a rate that is more generous than what he was willing to do.

(Market Call Minute.) Has Yukon properties. An excellent resource of 4,000,000 ounces.

This is going to have to be a very, very good deposit because the Yukon is a very tough place to operate. Likes management. Thinks the news flow will begin when the work season starts in the summer and the drills start again. His company owns a lot of this.

Top guys in the business. Made a discovery in the Yukon and have been drilling the hell out of it this summer and should have a resource by early next year. He is guessing it will be in the order of 2,000,000 ounces at a reasonable grade. What you need to look at, when that resource comes out, is the high-grade structure which may be enough to cover the CapX.
