Has Global Positioning that helps farmers plant their crops, a good core stable business. Also has a growth driver, Fixed Line Wireless, which has great margins and great growth. Teamed up with Motorola to penetrate 3rd world countries. Thinks they can double their earnings growth over the next year.

BUY
Had a big area of consolidation and broke out in December, hit a big peak in January and is consolidating now. 3 month chart shows a peak around the middle of January followed by a lower one mid-February. It is forming a triangle. Sell if it drops below $2.
WATCH
Suffering from the big sell off it had in 2005. Started a new base building in 2006. Try to catch it when it breaks out above $2.50.
BUY
Borderline top third of his database at 260. Reorganizing and changing its name to Hemisphere GPS Inc. Expected to earn $.11 in 2006 giving a 22 P/E. Should do well in the GPS area, especially in the agricultural area.
BUY
Agricultural side has been a little weak. They have been selling into that market with GPS equipment. Decent value at this price.
WATCH
Ranks 444 in his model. Have some interesting technology. If they could deliver on forecasted earnings for 2007/2008, the stock looks cheap. Continuing to struggle.
DON'T BUY
In the bottom 25% of his database. Earnings momentum in the most recent 4 quarters was down 50% year over year. Have taken significant steps to reduce some of the businesses they are in. Sales were down 31%.
BUY
Sells wireless telephones, to India and places where it's difficult to set up fixed wire lines. Strong product. Competitivly priced. Reasonable value at this level. Thinks could trade back in that $3.00 area
HOLD
Doesn't rank well in his database. They have a couple of divisions, including global positioning which is doing well and a wireless side which may be spun out. If that happened, the stock could go to $2.50 or better.
WEAK BUY
In the bottom 1% of the database. Earnings have been chopped by 48% in the last 90 days. Expected to lose $0.13 in calendar ’05 and $0.11 in calendar ’06. Trades at 11 X P/E. A reasonable bet, but be cautious.
COMMENT
The whole group seems to be suffering because the integration of GPS and wireless isn't taking off as it has in Europe. An area that's worth looking at. Expects to see GPS and wirelss integration in a bigge way in North America.
DON'T BUY
When a stock has a run up and then misses quarter after quarter, he usually avoids it. It's now becoming a value play. It will need 3 or 4 quarters of execution to get back into the premium multiple.
WEAK BUY
At this stage it may be starting to do something and may be a good place to start nibbling, but don't all your money on it as it needs a little bit more time to finish the base building.
HOLD
Earnings were a little short of expectations in terms of revenues. Expecting a stronger quarter next time. Summer is usually a little bit weak. Likes management and the product and feels they are just hitting a soft patch here.
WAIT
Have just done a big acquisition and want to see how this will affect their earnings over the coming quarters. Profitable. Very solid growth profile.
BUY
Acquiring RHS Outback operations which is an application distributor for some of their products and have implied that earnings estimates should be increased to $0.15 for 2006 which would mean a 10 to 11 X P/E which makes them dirt cheap. The stock ranks in the top 1/3 of his database. Also have the opportunity to expand globally.
